This Privacy Policy explains how Manaia Data Analytics Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use BranchCAD at branchcad.com and app.branchcad.com (the "Service"). It is written to be broadly consistent with the GDPR/UK GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, CCPA-style requirements, and the New Zealand Privacy Act. It is a placeholder pending legal review.

• Content you create in the Service, your drawings, projects, comments, and version history.

§2 How we use it

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, to operate version history and collaboration features, to communicate with you about your account, to improve the product, and to comply with our legal obligations.
