This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using BranchCAD (the "Service"), operated by Manaia Data Analytics Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service. It is a placeholder pending legal review.
§1 Use the Service lawfully
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload content you don't have the rights to.
§2 Don't abuse the platform
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
- No malware, scraping at scale, or circumventing security or rate limits.
- No reselling or misrepresenting the Service as your own.
§3 Respect other people
Don't use collaboration features to harass others or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
§4 Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where necessary. Where appropriate, we'll give notice and a chance to put things right.
§5 Reporting
